Terms of Computer / Network Service

Diversified Networking Solutions provides the original manufacturer’s warranty on all parts used in building or upgrading a computer system. We are not responsible for the misuse of any systems. We are not liable for costs of hardware changes after the system is delivered. Customer incurs all costs for desired changes. We will return parts when we are able to, however, restock fees of up to 15% often apply.

Diversified Networking Solutions is not responsible for any data loss incurred while working on a system. Backup of data is the customer’s responsibility unless other arrangements are made. Diversified Networking Solutions will do a thorough inspection of every system before any work is performed. We are not responsible for damages already present in the computer or damages that occur from another part that is already damaged. We do not warrant any parts already in the system or those provided by the customer. Diversified Networking Solutions can make recommendations for computer specifications based on customer needs; however, we can not be held responsible for actual system performance levels.

Diversified Networking Solutions is not liable for programs and data installed and used by the customer. Firewall, anti-virus, and spy-ware scanner software is included with every new system. No program is capable of catching all the problems and filling every security hole. We are not responsible for any damages caused by virus or mal-ware. It is important for you to update your software on a regular basis. Diversified Networking Solutions is not responsible for cleaning up infected systems or otherwise fixing systems damaged by the customer. Additional fees will apply if such services are needed.

Diversified Networking Solutions is not responsible for any server side problems incurred due to server down time, hosting issues, ISP down time, or Acts of God. Diversified Networking Solutions is not responsible for any damages incurred from hacking, hackers, or illegal activity. Diversified Networking Solutions is not liable for content causing excess bandwidth usage or the cancellation of service by the hosting company for any reason. The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the appropriate bandwidth needed. Diversified Networking Solutions will attempt to make recommendations for bandwidth usage based on customer input and knowledge of the industry; however, no guarantees can be made.

Client Liability and Indemnification:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Diversified Networking Solutions from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the customer or any other parties.
